Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your AI Calorie account and data. AI Calorie is provided by AiSejahtera.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the AI Calorie app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Read the warning and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, send us a deletion request from the email address linked to your account. Tap the button to open a ready-made email, or write to contact@aisejahtera.com with the subject "Delete my AI Calorie account".

Tell us how you sign in (Apple, Google or guest) and the email on your account so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm you own the account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in link and body-goal details you entered).
• Your food logs, meal history, meal photos and progress data.
• Your app settings and notification preferences.

What we keep, and for how long

• A minimal deletion record (for example the account ID, whether the account was a guest or premium account, creation date and the deletion date) so we can prove the request was handled and prevent abuse.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records held by Apple, Google or our subscription provider. These are kept under their own policies.
• Anonymous or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may continue to be charged. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
