Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Calorie app and the aisejahtera.com website (the "Service") provided by AiSejahtera ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's permission. You may use the app anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.

2. Not medical advice

AI Calorie provides general nutrition information and AI-generated estimates of calories, macros and nutrients. It is a tracking tool only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Calorie and nutrient values are estimates and can be inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have or may have an eating disorder. Never ignore professional advice because of something in the app.

3. Using the Service

You agree not to: break the law; upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful, harmful or infringes others' rights; try to gain unauthorised access, probe, scrape or overload the Service; reverse engineer the app except where the law allows; or misuse the AI features, for example to generate harmful content or submit other people's personal information.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the meal photos, text, voice input and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content, including sending it to our AI providers, solely to operate, secure and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You confirm you have the rights to do this.

5. Free and Premium plans; subscriptions

The app has a free tier with limits, and a paid Premium subscription that unlocks extra features (for example higher daily AI limits, detailed macro tracking, AI meal suggestions and custom meal plans). Premium is offered on weekly, monthly or yearly plans, with prices shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Any free trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, and we cannot process them directly.

We may change plans and prices in future. Price changes apply after notice, as required by the store.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the app, design, text, graphics, logo and software, belongs to AiSejahtera or its licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with third parties such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OneSignal and AI providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running, but it is provided when available and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We may add, change or remove features.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of nutrition estimates, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that you will reach any health or weight goal.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or RM100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you have under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, then Delete Account) or as described at aisejahtera.com/delete-account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by other suitable means. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
