Who reviews AI Calorie's health content?
Our nominated nutrition reviewer is Nur Aina Rahman. The professional review of this site's health content has not taken place yet, and the reviewer's credentials and affiliation are still to be confirmed. Until the review is completed and dated here, treat the content as general information, not professional advice.
How accurate are AI calorie estimates?
AI photo estimates are approximate. Portion size, hidden oil or sugar and mixed dishes can all move the real number, and two similar plates can differ a lot. Use the estimate to build a consistent habit, review it before saving, and weigh food when you need precision.
When should I speak to a professional?
Speak to a doctor or registered dietitian before starting a diet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or another medical condition, take medication, are under 18, or have or may have an eating disorder. Calorie tracking is not suitable for everyone, and stopping is always allowed.
